In Short – Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Editor's Tips

Save Room for Dessert!:
With 34 varieties of cheesecake, it's hard to decide on one favorite. The tiramisu, carrot cake or white chocolate chunk macadamia nut cheesecakes are safe starting places.
Doggy Bag:
Anything you order will easily yield two meals.
Quiet Corner:
The vaulted ceiling does nothing to cut down on noise, so if you're interested in cozy conversation, request a booth.

Awesome.

They have a TON of options and I'm never disappointed by the service. You can get anything from pizza to asian dishes to steak. And though I've never been for brunch, it's offered. Oh, and cheesecake!

  • Pros: Excellent Food, Great Service
  • Cons: Long Waits

Cheese Cake is Great, skip the food

by lslug at Citysearch

Shrimp Scampi and Chicken combo was terrible. Greasy and smothered in butter, soggy, mush. Service was great but just go for the cheese cake. On the expensive side for the average quality of food. Special peach drink was good also. Better have a few to absorb the grease and butter.

Best Place to lose your mind

by reggie076 at Citysearch

To say that the cheesecake factory gets a little crazy is the understatement of the year. It is busy at every moment of their open hours. I have tried to go this place for an early lunch, lunch, early dinner, dinner, late dinner sometimes even in the middle of the week. Have I gotten seated right away? Nope. Have I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my food? Yes (45 mins). Due to the fact that my friends swear by this place which I have no clue why (they must put a addictive seasoning in their food - that somehow I am immune to) I have eaten here quite a many times.

You think that the menu is so large and so many selections - try coming here and just be disgusted by looking at their same menu. Yes the portions are big but the prices can be steep especially for mixed drinks ($8.50 +).

The cheesecake is not the best. I enjoy it because you can get so many different types of cheesecakes but it is not that nice creamy cheesecake.

If you want a nice relaxing dinner try someplace else because you will not get it here.

  • Pros: Variety of Cheesecake
  • Cons: Everything Else

A worthwhile circus

by ken_atwell at Citysearch

While not taking home any culinary excellence awards, Cheesecake Factory certain is worth a visit and is many steps above typical mall fare. The menu is widely varied (they must have a huge inventory of ingredients on hand) and all dishes have a fresh and clean, if not terribly sophisticated, taste to them. Portion sizes run from very large to grotesquely large, making it hard to save room for the signature cheesecakes!

The atmosphere can be about as intimate as Boston subway car during rush hour, especially if you get stuck in the long row of tables; youll get to know your neighbors intimately. Try to get a booth if at all possible. Waits can run into the one-hour plus range and their pagers do not work throughout the mall. Try to go during off-peak hours and youll enjoy yourself a whole lot more.

  • Pros: varied menu, portion size, good deserts
  • Cons: crowded

Big Meal Make tummy hurt

by zartan7 at Citysearch

Meal so big and fatty, I LOVE IT. I hate waiting to eat, but their bar is great for passing time. I get a long island ice tea, and I am bomded out of my mind by dinner time. I sometimes don't even eat, just get wasted. Great place
