Poor repair shop with bad attitude

I got burned. It took 3 weeks to get done. The work was supposed to take 2hrs to do and they couldn't find my paperwork so they charged me 3.5hrs. I spoke with others who deal with them and was told the parts guy and 2 mechanics including the top mehanic who ran the shop quit. The place is very unorganized I won't be back.

This is a great place to buy a mower, we bought a zero turn mower here and were treated very fairly, we try to keep our business with the local shops and this is a good one!

I took my Home Depot macnine to Dubay Tractor Center and I was treated great. The staff was GREAT! They went above and beyond what was expected. I received warranty work even though the warranty time had lapsed. They called the company and went to bat for me! Sorry to hear you had a bad day but maybe your machine would cost more to repair than replace. Just MY opinion.

Never contacted me, couldn't find my invoice, didn't put my machine back together.

They took my machine and never called. After several weeks I showed up to pick it up and they couldn't find my bill. They charged me $36 and , after taking the money and giving me my change, told me the machine wasn't worth fixing. They gave it back to me in a bag.

I always use local merchants. My advice: find someplace else.
