I went to the Shannon in Warwick after seeing one of their cars on Craigs list., What a mistake! They were rude and condescending.

They changed the price of the vehicle from what they told me on the phone. The manager was so rude. Told me to be thankful I could get any car because I had repo 5 years ago!

Shadiest dealership yet!

So I visited this dealership looking at 2010 Mazda 6 my sales person was David. He would not budge on the price of the car (15575) he showed me a print out of the wholesale "value" but added in all kinds of options the car did not have to try and hold his price. Once I declined he was not even going to shake my hand and got defensive with me for not buying the car. Needless to say I will never be back to this dealership and buyers should beware!! Shady Shady Shady

Great choice

My wife and I were looking to buy a car. Knowing our credit was not to good people told us to go to JD Ryder so we did. Let me tell you it was the worst thing we ever did in our lives. Because of our credit they treated us like we were nothing by low lives. On our way home we stopped at Shannon Motors. Expecting the same treatment we checked them out anyway. I was shocked when we sat down and I told them I didn't expect much. To make a long story short We drove away with a beautiful car. They made it work for us. And mined you a full warrenty. Thankyou Shane and Kevin for making it possible to own a late low mileage auto. We will be back

Selling cars without title and vin check?!

I have no ratting for them, My husband and I bought a suv and when i went to pay my taxes i was told they were waititng on the TITLE and I needed a VIN check.... isn't this supose to be done before the car leaves the lot?!?!?!?!!? so i asked the girls in the payment office why noone called me to tell me this and i get " We dont make phone calls"- (in attitude by the way) and asked what was i supose to do and that my temp tag was going to expire soon and all i got was "shrugged shoulders" and " i advise you not to drive your car" Like REALLY?! are you kidding me?! So i took it into my own hands and went to the dmv and talked to an investigator and by law this should have NEVER happened! Car should have never been on lot &Shame on them, I WANT MY MONEY BACK and ill go elsewhere!

Customer Service is Great

The staff @ Shannon Motors is great.. They worked with me to get me into a car that would be the best fit for me, and something that I could afford. & The car is great, fairly new, low miles, and I haven't had any issues. You people need to understand you are buying a used car! Things could go wrong!
