Never Again

We were quickly seated but then the server never came back. Our margaritas took forever and when we got them, they tasted like ice water with no flavor. We had to ask for chips and never got them. The food was not hot and had no flavor at all. There was also no pepper on the table so you could not even add flavor. Not sure if the regular chef that all these other people had food from was on vacation but this one should find another job. Very disappointed as we just moved to Providence and love Mexican food. We will not be going back again!

Authentic Mexican cuisine is the actual description for Don Jose Tequilas. The food is great, the staff is super nice. It is the place to go with friends, family or partner. And let's not forget, it is the place to be on Cinco De Mayo. My friends and I go every year and we enjoyed it like it's our first time.

Visit & enjoy the BEST Mexican cuisine

I have enjoyed Don Jose Tequilas many, many times. I have had great food every time I ate there. The margaritas are delightful. Don't forget to try their sangria and the many fine brands of tequila they offer. If you are unsure about anything, ask the staff. I have always found them to be polite, professional, fun and informative. Whenever I had a question about a meal or a brand of tequila, they took the time to find out what I like and made their suggestion.

This restaurant is the best Mexican restaurant in Rhode Island, without a doubt.
