TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE!. THERE ARE A BUNCH OF YOUNG KIDS WORKING THERE AND THE NIGHT MANAGER IS VERY RUDE! IT WAS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME, NOT CLOSING TIME, THERE WAS AT LEAST 15 MINUTES LEFT AND CUSTOMERS WERE STILL EATING INSIDE AND HE TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF WHILE THEY WERE EATING! HE WAS ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMERS WHO ASKED HIM TO TURN THE LIGHTS BACK ON SO THEY CAN SEE THEIR FOOD AND WAS VERY RUDE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! THESE CUSTOMERS ARE FREQUENT CUSTOMERS WHO NOW DECIDED TO STOP GOING TO SPIKES ALL TOGETHER!
