One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Doesn't feel like a chain. This is a bustling, cowboy themed, casual restaurant offering big steaks at an OK price. The bar has a better selection of whiskeys than most chain restaurants. When you feel like a sturdy meal and a drink without getting dressed up, this is the place.

BEST STEAKHOUSE OVERALL. Every time we go to Longhorn we get delicious steak at a great price. The service is outstanding and always consistant. The drinks are excellent, especially the margaritas! The rest of the menu is great also. The prices are excellent. We go to Longhorn at least twice a month. We have never had a bad experience there. I buy all of my clients gift cards here to promote their business. It's that good!

Great Steak!. I always get the steak with the prairie dust on it. It is excellent, melts in your mouth. My husband gets the chicken. Now, let me say I am not a big chicken fan but this chicken is to die for.

Ropin Up Cowboy!!. The food is GREAT and served the way you want it. The atmosphere is AWSOME. Kid friendly and they will love seeing all of the decorations and old time western items. I reccomend this restaurants. The waitstaff is nice and friendly, they make you want to come back for more.

Melts in your mouth!. From the start, the service is excellent. The food is incredible. You can sit by the 'hearth' and watch the steaks grilled to order. The best flavor and it's just melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is pretty cool too...but you need to enjoy the 'country music' flair...I know I do...even my 17 year old likes to keep going back!!!! Keep up the good work.
