Yang chinese restaurants have hired illegal workers with a cheap amount of money. The salary the employees work in kitchen from $800-$1,600 cash 12 hrs 6 days/week for one month . They provide houses and food with free bills. The workers are including alien with students visa, famillies member with fake social security. The employee have to spray cockroach with spray that health department doesn't allow to used in resturant everynight. Many time that employees sick and haven't get any medication. The yang chinese restaurant can make money a lot with hided taxes and employ cheap workers
