Treated Like a Child
by thsmdrew at Citysearch
Now, I'm no cigar aficionado, but I went to Cigarman's to check out some real cigars and purchase a nice one instead of your typical $2.00 cigar. I was in the humidor picking up and inspecting cigars, trying to make my decision. After a little while, the owner barged in and scolded me for five minutes for picking up and handling cigars, despite my apologies. Unaware that not everyone in the world knows everything about how to handle a cigar, the owner made himself look like a jerk and treated a potential customer like an ignorant child, then continued to repeat himself about the point he already made. Hostile environment, poor attitude, and mishandling of a potential customer crossed this place off my map for good.

Want a place to go to relax and have a great cigar? The Cigarman's Shop, Route 123 in Norton,MA is the place to go. Talk sports although Tom the owner is a Yankee fan, he can be forgiven for that. Great place, stop in and say hello and tell Tom, Big Bruno sent you.
- Pros: Friendly people
- Cons: Owner is a Yankee Fan

If you want friendly knowledgeable service then I recommenfd you go see Tom. I have been to lots of places that claim to be a cigar shop...this one is the best. Tons of fresh cigars. A smoking room. You can;t beat it. Check it out and call me out if I am wrong!
