ITS CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THIS PLACE IS CLOSED!!!!!!....NOT SURE HOW LONG THO, WISH I COULD HAVE SAT AND HAD A A FEW OF THEIR MARTINIS BEFORE IT CLOSED :-(

I LOVED Bevo. Although a little dancefloor, definatly a hot spot, definatly have to be well dressed, and you will definatly know if your hottt or not. There is also an outside bar. I definatly had one of the best nights of clubbing there. Note to the bouncer outside: need better looking men in there!

Love this place.. I love Bevo. The music is great, the drinks are out of this world and there is always plenty of eye candy. To the previous poster who complained about getting "lip service" for sitting at an empty seat, the same thing happenned to me and that was cleared up instantaneously. The tables around the club can be reserved "at no charge" simply by calling the club. So now, when I head out with a group of friends, I simply make that call and get a table, "lip service" free. So if you are looking for a great place to hang out Thursday thru Saturday, head to Bevo. Ladies, maybe you'll see me there.

They are better than you at Bevo. If you like uppity attitude and waiting a long time for your drinks, bevo is your bar. Sure they do have a boatload of creative martinis. Sure the place looks great inside but do you really want lip service from the staff if you happen to sit down on an empty seat? Unless you're VIP, I'd just go someplace where they value you.

Of the 125 martinis on the drink list, some will leave you shaken, others will leave you stirred.. The Scene
Aspiring 30-somethings swirl around this semi-swank space with the same slow sureness as the rotating swirl of colored amoebic shapes projected on the bar's far wall. Gathered at low tables, which tend to be reserved by the time you arrive, and around the blond-wood bar, these young professionals are eager to mix and mingle, even dance a little in the cramped space beside the projection.

The Draw
The martini is king at Bevo, and in keeping with its singles-scene vibe, many of the house concoctions have sexually oriented names--the Silk Panty, Liquid Viagra, etc. Experiments with the classic cocktail fare best with a drink like the Bronx which gives a citrus twist to the gin martini via orange juice and a squeeze of lemon. The appropriately beautiful, deep-aquamarine Supermodel seems hardly a martini at all with its lemon-flavored rum getting an outrageously tropical infusion from melon liqueur and blue Curacao.
