Locals and tourists convene at the Marriott's bright, airy dining room for seafood.. In Short
With understated creams and tans, Bluefin evokes more modesty than maritime. Despite the occasional nautically inspired gold accents, you won't easily forget that you're steps off a bustling lobby. Nevertheless, the menu overflows with enough seafood to make you forget your landlocked state. Main courses range from seared scallops on risotto cake to grilled swordfish over black lentils. An appetizer like the oyster sampler outdistances its name with mussels, crab cakes, clams, shrimp and calamari.
