Hardly a "Best Buy". Best Buy has a good selection of products, but they hardly offer a "best buy". In fact, I find them to be way overpriced.

Plus, their staff is utterly useless. They know nothing about what they're selling (tech stuff) and they spend more time talking to each other than the customers.

poor customer service. They have lots of help but no one wants to help the customer. They talk among themselves and ignore the customer. great!
