The Best Prices Around...... I have two small children and last week my boiler would not turn on. I called numerous places but no one was able to come out the same day to get my heat going that was until I called gasman -inc. I explained my situation to him he in turn could not give me an exact time that he would be there but promised to squeeze me in before his day was over I must say he is a man of his word by 6pm that day I had heat . John thank you for the kindness you showed to my children and myself it was greatly apprecieated I would recommend you to all of Rhode Island…
GASMAN-INC. John installed a gas boiler and water heater for me .... I had searched around and Johns prices were much less than any of the other companys I had called... He returned my call within an hour of me calling his answering service... The service I recieved from John the gasman was above and beyond what I had expected.... I would recommend John to anyone who is in need of any type of service that he provides ... I could not be happier with the work that was done . The best part is that John stands behind his work ...... Thank you so much Gasman-Inc…
Consumer Beware1111. I had a difficult time trying to find a company to fix a natural gas fireplace....after numerous phone call messages left with his answering service (who answers his phones during business hrs but according to them have no way of contacting John the gasman but simply take messages and hand them to him and you are at his mercy for a call back) finally we got a call back...he came to fix the fireplace for a whopping fee and garenteed that the part he fixed should be lifeline of 10+ yrs....sure enough after 1 winter the part has again broke....after months of daily calls and emails to John the Gasman he refuses to call back or return emails....I have never had such a poor customer experience and would NEVER RECOMMEND USING THE GASMAN!!!…
