Horrible School DON'T GO TO SCHOOL HERE!

I just want to start off by saying teachers come and go in this place. I started with Roger then went to Crystal they are both good teachers. Then had Diane she quit then I had Henry They were both great teachers. Then I had Carol she quit then I had Priscilla she quit too now some guy Mike is in there I heard. Then I had Pricilla for Anatomy then they put her in CNA and took the girl from the office and put her in Anatomy, then they stopped Anatomy and put me in Pharmacology which is NOT part of my program. The only problem is the owner Debbie Gomes she never follows through with anything she says. She puts everything on the office staff and instructors, and never comes in. She doesn't know how to conduct a business at all. She has the staff in the office being pulled out into anatomy class it is just very unorganized. I DO NOT reccommend this school. Go to any school but this one. You will be so stressed out, and never get what you paid for. I have yet to receive my certificates for any of my classes I have taken. You will regret going to school here. They really know how to fool you when you visit the school. All the teachers and office workers come and go. I have seen so many people work there and leave. If you want education don't go to Coastal Career Academy. Thats probably why they changed the name. Bad Name Bad Owner.

I read the reviews below and must say this place must of had a huge turnaround. What awesome group of instructors . I went to visit the school and I must say I am going here because of the instructor and the facility. I am determined to do well and I am sure I made the right choice

TERRIBLE SCHOOL-GO THROUGH RED CROSS!

I chose this school a couple months ago because it was the cheapest around, but I learned my lesson. The red cross CNA class is so much better from what I heard from their students. The teachers and debby don't know whats going on and its not a reliable business. I was very cautious giving them my money for the class and the state test which took forever to come in. They say that they have your papers and sent them in but don't believe it. They all tell you different things and you never know whats true. I was told the class was 6 weeks long, turns out it took 13 weeks!! The management is horrible and when clinicals come around its even worse. There's too many students and not enough teachers. Your schedule is always being changed and you are thrown into the fire basically. They don't show you anything and you don't feel secure. The clinicals are unorganized and its not right. Please don't go through this school its $615 and the red cross is like $700 or maybe more. But in my opinion its worth it. I understand times are tough, believe me I know but this school will cause you so much stress. All the kids in my class felt the same way about this school so that tells you something.
