GREAT style from Riz Rios. OMG! I just had the most A-MAY-ZING cut/blowout at ENVY! Most stylists find my hair a challenge: it is baby-fine with a wicked cowlick in front that I have to straighten into submission every day in order to wear my lash-grazing bangs. Even though I always take a picture with me when I try a new stylist, my hair has never turned out quite right, and the stylist tries to talk me into the same old chin length bob that has ben kicking around for decades--YUCK!

Not so with Riz! I sat down in his chair and instead of rushing to get started, he actually *listened* to what I wanted, asked a few questions, and didn't bat an eye at the challenges my hair presents.

I was quite impressed with the care Riz took with my cut; he made certain every aspect of my cut was just right. After he finished blow-drying, I was amazed how pretty he had made my hair look! He even went back in for a few style-perfecting snips once he saw how my dry hair would lay.

I must say, I have have NEVER left a salon this satisfied with my look! I've also never had other clients walk up to the desk while I was paying just to ask who did my hair. One woman booked her own appointment with Riz right on the spot!

Needless to say, I'll return again and again, for results like this.…

Dissapointed. You know when a friends hair looks good after a cut and color, you get a case of where did you get your hair done-itis..and think to yourself -I have to go there.. well I asked who did her hair and she mentioned Envy on Mineral.. I was like Really?? I havent really heard too many things about the Salon recently.. back in the day it was the place to be.. So I looked up the website and saw alot of changes on the website, and I decided to go to City search and look them up to see what other ladies had to say, the company profile, who the stylist where, etc.....and all good from what I can see... Until I made the call.. I got some miserable woman on the phone, I asked for one of the stylist that was on the website, I was THEN told they all no longer are with the company..and I was like why are they still on the website, isnt that false advertising?? Well the woman went on to tell me that she was just as good and I could walk in or make an appointment with her... Really what does just as Good mean?? Does it mean I might walk out of there with partially blue hair... I am dissapointed... if anyone knows of a good salon..can you let me know?…

Michelle means great service from a great stylist!. My stylist Michelle is GREAT at what she does. She has been doing my hair for over 3 years and always keeps me looking fresh and in up to date styles. Michelle makes time when i need her without notice and always with a smile on her face. The 30 min trip each way was worth it to get her quality work, but I am so glad she is now in RI. Call and ask for Michelle today and you will leave loving her work as much as I do...…
