awful customer service

I met with Ana 3 months ago to go over my wedding plans. she seemed very nice and I was very excited to work with her. For 3 months I have called over 200 times and have not recieved a return call, I was forced to go to another florist because she simply cannot be trusted to provide my flowers for such an important event in my life.
- Pros: beautiful flowers
- Cons: never calls back, never returns email, does not care

It is 2 weeks from my wedding. i hired ana with a deposit to do my wedding flowers over a year an a half ago. i have been calling her for the past month, and she has not responded. I am afraid I won't have flowers on my wedding day...

I had heard from family members that Anna was great so I started ordering some of my flowers from her. She was GREAT!! She is alway accomodating and everything she makes looks absolutely beautiful. No one in my family will go to anyone else ever again!
