Excellent!. I'm just going to keep this nice and simple.

There's good, great, and excellent.

Now Olive Garden is "great" and Carrabba's is simply "excellent".

Great pasta, wine, appetizers, everything. Just try it, you'll love it.

Best Valentine's Day EVER, Great Italian Dinner. I have eaten at Carrabba's for five years every Valentine's Day. I love the ambiance and the food. It is a great time with Italian music in the background, a great selection of wine and spirits, and you even learn a little Italian if you go into the bathroom (they have an Italian learning course while you are using the facilities).

My suggestions for Appetizers are the Mozzerella Triangles and Casear Salad. Their Mussel special is amazing too!

For Dinner - I always order the Pasta Carrabba - I love the grilled chicken and the peas. It is a very liberal portion of everything!

Dessert: Is the John Doe? I think it is called. It is Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Caramel and Candied Pecans. A true delight!

TIP: Try not to fill up on the amazing bread their own special Olive Oil and Seasoning Dip in the begining! It is so good.
