Thank you for a great experience!. When Home Depot initially opened on Charles St. young and inexperienced associates were about.

Now I find very helpful, polite and willing sales associates! I was so impressed the last time I was there. That same day I went to the Home Depot in Seekonk and the difference was clear. I had forgotten an item in Providence and despite all the help and supplies I was greated cooly.

The Charles Street store was so much different!

I got everything I needed. I received a few helpful ideas. I was told of merchandise expected in the spring. I was shown a new item and I purchased it. I was asked in each department if I needed any assistance! What a great morning! Next time I will pack a lunch and stay all day!
