Horrible Office. I have never been to an office like this one, I have been there many times every time I go I receive the crappiest customer service from all the staff, I see and hear from the waiting room the receptionist talking about personal things. I see further to the right the same girls sitting on that corner who seem to have an attitude. Who wants to come to an office where there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!!!. Furthermore, I notice doctors walk by the whole situation and do nothing about it. I am very dissapointed in Advanced Eye for having that type of staff. Everyone is RUDE AND MOUTHY. I rather go elsewhere where at least I will feel taken care of and not being a bother. Doctors if you are reading this please hire new staff and succeed in your business. The staff looks like the minute they come in they are miserable and the Assistants seem to talk to much. Also, other friends that go there tell me how the assistants talk bad about each other. I dont appreciate hearing that from people I recommended to your office. I will not ever recommend this office to anyone. I would feel like am sending them to the wrong place. Good Luck! YOU WILL NEED IT!!!

worst customer services and doctors. the assistances and the doctor that treated me were so rude! this is the worst eye care that i ever went to. i will never go there again!!!!!

Professional & Courteous. I've been a patient of Dr Vito for many years. With every visit whether for a yearly eye exam, to purchase new glasses, have a current pair repaired or when I requested an emergency appointment to have a piece of plastic removed form my eye, his team responds with professional, courteous and caring service. From the front office, to his technicians and associates each visit has been a positive experience

Great Experience. Everyone is very nice! They just moved into a beautiful new office and they have a great selection of glasses. I got an appointment the same week i called and i hardly waited when i got there. It was the best experience ive had in an eye docs office.
