Do not eat here. I had the worst experience here. I ordered a filet and got the toughest cut of meat I have ever eaten. It was overcooked and not at all a filet. My boyfriend got steak tips and the portions were small. He had 2 tips that were decent…

great food. Joe's has great food and excellent service...it is located right in the providence place mall....It is a little expensive but really really good give it a try :-D
