worst customer service ever..... jessica the mobile phone "manager" has no concept of customer service and honestly had no clue how to carry herself like a manager either.. waste of time and money.. go to a reputable phone store att tmobile verizon sprint... don't waste your time at best buy. trust me!

First I thought I would be helped but instead the oposite happened. I brought my machine in to be repaired. They told me it was the mother board and it will be 300 to repair. Thats almost the price of a new one. Then they tell me my files are lost also.
SO i take it back home and decided to check out another guy my friend told me about. At first when I went there I didnt know what to make of it. He diagnosed and took apart the machine in front of me explaining how problems happen. The next thing I knew it booted up. So in about 15 minutes I found out my computer is safe and all it needed was a power supply. Also my files were safe. Thank god I found a good place to go in Fall River. I recomend anyone to try this place out. Computer Diagnostic Services. He even gave me free training, wow.
