Food taste is great, service not as good. The last few times we have dined there it has been rather disappointing.

The menu choices and food were great, but the table was so sticky that our napkins fell apart trying to lift them. (dried cola?) It took 20 minutes between each time we saw the wait staff, including the time between ordering and receiving a beer, and the place was nearly empty. At no point did a manager come over to check on the table.

The food came out completely cold, as it had been sitting for 20-30 minutes. The burgers were lukewarm inside, and fries were completely cold. (but cheerfully and quickly replaced, when we brought it to their attention) By the time she checked on us, the burgers and drinks were consumed.

There were also constant multiple alarms going off from the kitchen, that could be heard through the whole restaurant during the entire meal. These would sound for 5+ minutes and get reset, then start again about a minute later. Looking back, maybe there was some kind of technical problem in the kitchen?

I like the atmosphere and location, but this location (and only this location) seems to be slipping more each time we visit.

To their credit, our waitress and hostess were very friendly.

I don't think we will be going back to this particular Ruby Tuesday.
