Not that bad

I test drove a car(volvo) from prestige, and the lady who was helping me really tried her best to get me a low payment and the most for my trade. I put a down payment of 100 dollars and then decided to not go with that car. After reading the reviews online I was anticipating that getting my deposit back would be difficult. Although it took a week, I did get it back. When I called everytime my phone call was answered and each time everyone was polite. It seems like a good place to go if you can't get approved anywhere else.

Buyer Beware

Any person looking to purchase a vehicle should beware of this place! They will steer you wrong .. literally ! I have purchased many used cars and have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional and hostile way especially by an owner of an establishment . In trying to help my daughter get her situation clarified with these neanderthals, they had no concern for safety, they took advantage of a young girl , and left her to get everything on her own. They will do the same to you. Never mind getting your registration ready.. vehicle cleaned and ready for pick up ... as well insurance co. ... you are on your own ( most do that for you...not them ) we are talking about safety of a vehicle and they are not set up for mechanical diagnostics ..so they have no idea what they are selling or fixing.. Not an Auto mart I would buy from ...I feel horrible that my daughter chose to do so ..do not make the same mistake ...

BUYER BEWARE

EVERYONE there is shady! I recently bought a car from them and I will tell you even the one guy there that I thought was sincere is a total crook...

1. If you HAVE to buy a car from (and i recommend that you don't) make sure you check your bill for any additional fees that they will tack on.

2. Have your car inspected by your own personal mechanic because they will bring it to to a place that will automatically have your car pass inspection even if it's a piece of crap.

3. Get ready for the run-around when you call back . They are extremely nice to you when want to buy a car if you call back with any: comments, questions or complaints don't expect a call back!!

BTW just because they are on 107.1 constantly doesn't mean they are a reputable dealer!!!

in other words...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! SERIOUSLY!!!

Prestige is the WORST Dealership ever

This dealership is nothing but crooks and the owner is the worst one out of all of them. They Lie, Cheat and take your money and then sell you a lemon. I bought a "03" Honda Civic from there and had nothing but problems since day 1. The transmission was just replaced and now its the engine...all within the first 34 days that I have owned the vehical...WTF!!! The employees there are very unprofessional and they are tatally unorganized. They will not hesitate to call you a lier right to your face!! Whatever you do, do not purchase a vehical from these people. It will be a constant headache,,,I promise!!!

prestige auto mart is the worst car dealership i have ever been to. Manny (the owner) is the worst one out of them all. he is arrogant and rude and doesnt know how to talk to a customer. he swears at his clients and steals your money. he says he will get you a car "or its free" thats onlycorrect if you have $4,000 to put down. and george one of his employees is just as horrible. he lied saying that the painted the whole car and took our trade in and junked it before we even had our car. then we didnt get our car until a week after we bought and it was even fixed (so what did they do the whole time they had it for that week when they were supposedly fixing it). i even went to the police when he threw me out of his dealership for no reason (because i told him they sucked) and the police sad they have a book big of reports from having to go there and get peoples money back and that even if you get a car and think it is great that they will scew with your payments and dig you a financial whole.

• Cons: they will give you the run around 5 times over
