GM Melissa Amaral, needs a course in customer service. As a longtime customer to all the Marta restaurants we have never experienced the treatment we endured on this evening. Grille GM Melissa amaral, was greating patrons and setting seating expectations. She told us 10-15 minutes...an hour later and sitting numerous parties before us she told me curtly she just didn't how much longer it would be. I never thought my dinner at Olive garden would ever rise above a Steve Marta restaurant, but it did tonight. We will never return to any of his restaurants. After being loyal weekly customers for half a decade our experience with Grille GM Melissa Amaral has left us running. Not worth being lied to just to eat some bad pasta...the customer is always wrong by how we were treated tonight...Don't waste your time or money at the grille on main. We had been weekly customers at Marta restaurants, I would hate to think how they treat newcomers.

Awesome place for every night of the week, great drink list and awesome food. I was most recently at the Grille on a Thursday night. What a place, they have everything for everyone. They have a great bar with plenty of seating, if you want more of a quiet area they have that too!! It?s extremely kid friendly. The ambiance was perfect, the drinks were prefect, and the staff was so gracious! The owners even came out and walked around to say hi. I don?t know about you but I think it?s great when you can see the owners. I mean some owners don?t even go bye there own restaurants!

These owners should be proud.

This is the 8th pinelli marra restaurant ive been to and I cant say enough.

Food I recommend: the famous number three pizza, the great appetizers, and take a peek at there array delicious sweet offerings!!!

Service less than to be desired. I live in the Hill and Harbor district of East Greenwich and have always enjoyed the food at the Grille on Main but my last few visits have ensured that I will not be going back. The food is exceptional but the service was TRERRIBLE. No drink refills, waitress MIA. I expect more from one of the Pinelli restaurants but I guess everyone is cutting corners these days. If they can fix the problem with their service, I would GLADLY patronize them again. There is nothing more fun on a summer day but to sit in the open window and watch East Greenwich go by.
