Not happy with the Tire & Lube service department. The service guy is not helpful in helping the customer, especially he/she is the minority. Reasons: I wanted to get my tires installed (10/15/11) for my car but got rejected due to some bogus reasons from the service man at the service counter. He said I will never get the job done by Walmart or other major shops. After I left the Coventry site, I then called the Worcester Walmart location and explained every thing to the man and he replied positively to me. So, I drove to Walmart in Worcester to get the job done the next day without any issues.

For this reason, I would say that the mechanic at Coventry site is unfairly treated the minority customers. I think the managers should check out their employees behaviors.
