food is ok, Service is greT. FIRST TIME TRYING, FOOD WAS JUST OK , STILL LIKE OUTBACK BETTER FOR A STEAK, WE SAT AT THE BAR , OUR BARTENDER WAS PAT , SHE IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND PERSONABLE ,SO MY RATING WENT FROM A 3 TO A 5.

Neat idea with all-natural foods including beef--very into being "green". We tried this restaurant about a month ago. At first blush I was surprised by the prices on the menu, which are just a tiny bit higher than I would have expected. Then we learned that everything is made from scratch, everything possible is eco-friendly (e.g., paper straws instead of plastic), and the beef is offered in regular FDA approved and also all-natural no-hormone varieties. The food was delicious, steak was great, onion rings were surprisingly good. I would definitely go back.

Families and large groups feast on hearty cuts and comfort food at this Rocky-Mountain style steakhouse.. In Short
Lots of mahogany, tin ceilings, metal crown molding and Arts and Crafts-style décor prevail at this casual, comfortable saloon, part of media mogul Ted Turner's domain. Beef and bison are king, and they're hand-cut on site. Other bites include beer-can chicken, bison prime rib and cedar planked salmon. For dessert, there's home-made cookies, Kahlua fudge brownies, Coke floats and strawberry shortcake.
