I bought the most adorable pup from here and am glad to say we were able to contact the owner on a few occasions with questions. I have purchased 3 pups from pet stores and yes a couple of them came down with Kennel Cough. Big deal. My son came home with a cold from the hospital but I didn't ask for them to foot the bill. I caught it in time, got him medicine and he was fine. It's the stress of the move, the enviornment, the shipping that can wear them down. Google it and see just how common it is. I had the option in writing with every store including this one to bring the pup back but i chose not to because I knew with a simple med it would be fine. If it were severe, I would not hesitate to bring it back because I did not want to pay out of pocket. People bring stuff back to stores every day that don't work or broke soon after purchase. Why would you expect a guarantee a live animal of only a couple months old can't become ill? That is just ridiculous! Most stores won't pay for vet bills because you can bring it back and their vets can take care of it at no cost to you. That's what they pay them for. If you get a pup from a store it does not mean it came from a mill. That is so original!!

I bought a yorkie last week. It was the best experience. My dog is great. She is healthy, happy, and is the best purchase I have ever made. The people were so helpful, and the place was so clean. I would highly recommend them.
