Endless Summer

Good spray tan job depending on technicians mood:). A friendly clean nice place, unfortunately run by young sweet but un-professional/inexperienced teenagers. 1st visit was great, I tipped the technician 30% --received no smile or thank-you, second time I had an appointment card and the girl behind the desk stated that there was no one there to "do" me. I came back the next day and didn't even receive an apology or discount for my wasted TIME. Also, I felt rushed and my tan that day was streaky and tech stated that someone must have messed up her airbrusher. My question is...if you know you are NOT delivering a quality job/product have the customer come back at NO charge. I still gave tech 20% tip which she again barely acknowledged. Also, I have found out at other salon's that they do the PH prep all over, I received it the first time, but not again. Many little things ADD up to ONE big problem...Also, the lack of privacy and modesty toward one's body. I have never been to a place that doesn't make you feel secure about being disrobed, the large room, mirrors lights, all other spray tanning places I have been to offer small intimate settings to reduce embarrassment.…
