FAKE COMPANY DO NOT HIRE!!!!. I hired OCD cleaning several months ago, and at first I got decent service... not great, but ok. Then I only ever saw the same woman every time... nobody else coming to clean with her, just her alone... I did some research and found out that this "company" isn't even up and running anymore. They shut down the website and the only things I can find about them are old, sporadic online reviews. So who are these people? I didn't even ask any questions, I just told her at the door that I didn't want her coming to my house any more. I changed my locks because I don't know who or what has been in my home.…
IF IT SMELLS LIKE A RAT..... The cleaning lady from this company arrived, (Judy)spent more time bad mouthing the company than cleaning. She had to use my own cleaning supplies & equipment because she forgot them at home. Had to rush due to a multitude of excuses, "military son was getting married in a rush this weekend" and was having "surgery tomorrow" "have to pick up grandson from school..." Icing on the cake was her suggestion I make a quick run to Walwart, leaving her alone in my home, to pick up supplies for her to use. I sent her home and will NEVER use them again.…
DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANING COMPANY. I had to fire this company after noticing items missing from my house. I work from home so I am usually here when the girl would clean. One day I went to the office and was gone 1 1/2 hour. The girl came, did a fake clean and took the money and ran. Mine you, I pay for 3 hours worth of cleaing and she wasn't at my house for 1 1/2 hour. Also, the agreement I had with this company was to keep the same person coming to my house to clean. I no longer wanted different people each week comming through my house. Well over the holiday, my usual person brough some one else, without consulting me. I called the company and spoke to her superior. I gave her a list of the specific items that were missing, explained how she only cleaned for less than 1 1/2 hours. That our agreement was for 1 cleaner to come in my house and why was there someone new. Basically, OCD told me they were not aware of the new person my usual gal brought with her. That they couldn't believe she would take things and that they would call me back after discussing this with her. Well I have never received a phone call back! Not even a refund for the day she didn't clean.…
not worth it. Two people were sent for three hours of housecleaning. One of them worked slowly but did a good job. The other could give lessons in how to do as little work as possible in 3 hours. Example: sitting down making little one-finger circles over a small appliance for 10 minutes(yes I timed it because I couldn't believe it), with an end result that wasn't even clean! Whoever owns the business would be well advised to follow-up with customers to find out how much work their employees actually do in an hour. At $25-$30 an hours per cleaner, customers might expect a bit more!…
