Pleasant Experience. I was in my friend's wedding this summer and we purchased our bridesmaid dresses through Bridals By Rochelle. I had such a pleasant experience through the whole process. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating through the selection and sizing of our dresses (each bridesmaid selected her own style of dress). I did need minor alterations and felt they were fairly priced. In working with the seamstress I learned she has been sewing bridal for almost 30 years, and it showed in her work! This trade is a dying art and it is rare to find someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to dress alterations. Very pleased with my whole experience!

Awesome!!. We stopped by Rochelle's numerous times! Every time we ventured in (without an appointment), they were incredibly helpful. They helped our daughter figure out a perfect style and assisted her in making this tough selection of finding just the right dress! We even got the "dress of her dreams" on sale. I can't imagine any store being more kind or helpful. We highly recommend this store to any bride to be. We will be returning soon to purchase bridesmaids dresses here, too! Very, Very impressed!

what a great place!. I didn't have an appointment when I stopped into the shop and the owner and assistant could not have been more helpful or nice. All the dresses were out on display so I could browse as I wanted, and they took a real interest in what I was looking at - even offering up choices that I never would have looked at myself that looked wonderful. So much better than other places I've been to. Prices were extremely reasonable and great gown selection with wonderful service!

Don't Waste Your Time!. My daughter and I went to Rochelle's to look for wedding gowns. When we walked in, they barely looked up and acknowledged we were there. We told them we were looking for a wedding gown and they told us to look around. They never asked when the wedding was or what style my daughter was looking for. The gowns were dingy and ugly. I asked if there was any new stock coming in and I was told maybe over the holidays. This store was very unprofessional, poor customer service, and I have a feeling, not doing well. Plenty of other nice stores in the area. So far, my favorite is Wishing Well in E. Providence, RI.

DO NOT go to Rochelle's!!!

Don't go here unless you want to spend $$$$. I was advised that alterations for adults/children cost $35- way too much based on my previous wedding experiences. When it came time for pick up they charged $50 for alterations on a Jr bridesmaids dress(total$200)!?!?! Don't take any of their advice on dress sizing! Owner was very unprofessional and interupted when I attempted to provide customer feedback. I would NEVER recommend any bride or wedding party to Bridal's By Rochelle for their wedding or special occastion!!!
