Excellent Customer Service & Beautiful Flowers. I took a chance on Olivia's Flowers due to the closeness to our funeral home. I called directly to save on the middle man and I'm so glad I did. The woman who answered was so nice. I asked her if she spoke portuguese and she allowed me to connect my mom on to order to her preferance when I noticed how professional she was I also decided to order an arrangement for my price bracket as well.

The following day when we drove up to MA from CT to the funeral I was nervous at what I might see considering the different style and price brackets we had ordered. But when we walked in we were BOTH so happy to see that our flowers where one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower Arrangements there. Each flower seemed to be meticulously placed and we were both pleased and I felt I got more for my money than expected. I wanted to go to Oliva's personally to Thank them but they were closed.

Please use them especially if your calling out of state you will not regret it. You can see the love of detail in their work.
