Great food - awful service!.
99 has a great menu and there food is great. However, this location lacks any form of good service. This was not an isolated experience either, I have been a few times and the service is slow and unprofessional. The staff is rude, unaplogenic, and have never heard the concept of accepting fault. We waited over 45 min for chicken tenders, never did the waitress check in on us. We watched 5 other tables come and go. Clearly it was a mess up in the kitchen or the order never went through. I understand this sometimes happens. But when ask the waitress what happened and she lies to you and turns her back & walks away when you are mid sentence, that's poor service. When you ask for a manager (Asta) and she pretty much acuses you of lying, that's poor management. This restaurant has severe issues with staff in both the front and kitchen. Save your money and drive 15 miles to Seekonk where the service is acceptable. Oh, they were nice enough to take 5 whole dollars off my bill. Thanks

Family-friendly chain delivers a varied, affordable menu of traditional sandwiches and entrees..
In Short
The Massachusetts-based Ninety Nine chain has successfully expanded into the rest of New England and beyond by offering huge portions of fresh food at wallet-friendly prices. Popular items include 10-ounce steakburgers, USDA-choice steaks and chops, fresh seafood platters and sizzling fajitas. Calorie-conscious diners enjoy a bevy of salads and several low-carb entrees. Friendly servers maintain a casual vibe, and the welcoming bar area is an ideal spot for solo diners looking to watch a game.
