A great day at the spa!. For Christmas my son bought me a gift certificate to Jewels Day Spa. I had never been here before and I wish I had come sooner! I had a Spa Package and I can't begin to tell you the last time I was this relaxed and felt like everything was about me. From the minute I walked in until the second I walked out the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at ease. Each girl that performed a service on me that day was very professional and excellent at what they did. I will HIGHLY recommend this Spa to all of my friends or anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience. Keep up the excellent work Jewels Day Spa!

get with the program girls..... I am a satisfied customer of Jewels Spa. I am completely satisfied with all of Jewels' services. Sure, you hear personal stuff from employees, ... but, don't you think they listen to ours too! Sometimes we go in with our own "baggage". As far as I am concerned - it is WAAAAY better than going to those "chinese" spas and have them speaking in tongues while they are working on you. God knows what they are saying. Those places are very impersonal, very cold, very un-hygienic. I love Jewels Day Spa - and for me, a Mom, it gives me a chance to be pampered, talk some girlie talk and escape the kids, the laundryand the husband - if only for a couple of hours. Jewels is worth the money, the atmosphere is wonderful. If these other ladies want a stuffy place to try and relax, go somewhere else!!!

Please the customer, not your gossiping selves!. Sorry girls, but the majority has spoken!

Your staff could use a lesson on curtiousy. If you know someone personally, that's a different story all togeter. You shouldn't talk to new customers like you know them. People expect a certain level of professionalizm when they walk into a business like yours. It's like high school behavior in there. Not all women like gossip. Personally, I think it's rude and childish.

Women like to sick back and relax. To get pampered without having to smile and nod at every little "joke" the employee thinks she's making. I would never recommend your salon. Maybe I'll bring it up to tell people why they shouldn't go. I don't have money coming out my ears and can rearly afford to spend money on myself. I hoped to finally do something for myself and look what I get. I left shaking my head feeling irritated.

GREAT TIME AT JEWELS.. IN REGARDS TO THE OTHER REVIEWS-- I TOTALLY OBJECT!! MYSELF & A FAMILY MEMBER HAVE BEEN GOING TO JEWELS FOR YEARS ( EVEN IN HER OLD LOCATION!!) THE ATMOSTSHPERE IS WONDERFULLY PLAYFUL.

IF SOMEONE WANTS PEACE AND QUIET OR A BORING PEDI OR MANICURE GO SOME WHERE ELSE. THIS IS AN ALL GIRLS PLACE AND WE HAVE LOTS OF GOOD FUN.

I'VE RECEIVED EVERY PROCEDURE! I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY SATISFIED - I HAVE GONE EVERY WHERE FROM MA,FLA & NYC. I FOUND TOTAL SATISFACTION AT JEWELS. MAYBE THESE DISATISFIED CUTOMERS SHOULD BE AROUND WHEN A CLIENT NEEDS HELP, SUPPORT OR JUST A PLAIN OLD LAUGH - GOOD- NOT TRASHY.

IF YOUR THAT PRUDISH MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO TO ONE OF THOSE "STUCK UP" PLACES IN THE AREA AND SNOOZE. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A WONDERFUL,FRIENDLY AND LAUGH LOVING STAFF ( MASSAGES ARE EXTREMELY PEACEFUL ANDWONDERFULLLY RELAXING). GOTO JEWELS!

Best Service ever had.. I read the other three reviews and I was a little upset, maybe they just had an off day. I am a regular customer for many services and do not encounter nothing more than the average every day chatting!!! The other reviews are a bit overboard and exaggerated.

not the friendliest place in town. The atmosphere at Jewels Day Spa is at best tolerable. From the moment I walked into the spa to the moment I forked over $135, I was basically ignored and did not feel at all welcomed or pampered. The salon is very nicely decorated and the place offers a wide range of services, but the "atmosphere" and attitude of the emplyees leaves MUCH to be desired!
