GORGEOUS ATMOSHPERE & STAFF

What made it unique for me, is that my hair seems alot easier to manage than before.. The cut that was done was extremely awesome.. I still can't get over how good it came out.. I had highligthing, all 0ver color, style, and deep condition done to it, and it was $130.00, I tipped the girl 20 bucks so all together it was $150.00.. I DON'T regret going there.. I regret not having more money to get my hair done more often.. Mr. Franco is so awesome.. His studio is GREAT... So kool.. I need to hit the powerball so I can make the Salon "my second home".. lol.. Get this, how many hair salon owners will have an extra pair of tickets to a show at the Zeiterion, because they can't go, they give it to their customer?? I don't know any.. That is how nice these folks are.. Well worth every dime.. Check it out!!

Amazing Amazing

I just had my hair done by genevieve at this salon and I have to say she is the first hairdresser in a long time that actually knew what she was doing! I have really hard hair to work with and she took full control. I have never. Gotten so many compliments! Thanks for a job well done

million dollar big city cut and color at a small town value

If MA awarded a National Treasure for Masters in Creative Small Businesses, Felicio and family would be its recipient and New Bedford would be their home town. With over 40 years of top shelf international experience, Felicio hires only the best young people with talent and potential. He and his family mentor them carefully and if they can't cut it, they politely move on. Trisha just gave me my first million dollar foil job with careful and meticulous attention to detail. She is a rising star. There are no shortcuts with good work. After moving to New England from Washington DC, where looking good is a job requirement, I discovered them via Providence and later learned their home shop was in New Bedford. In three years, I have never left their shop feeling like less than a million bucks!
- Pros: they ARE the Pros in New England!
- Cons: sometimes the music selections :-(

Felicio Franco is AMAZING!

I recently had the pleasure of having my hair cut by a true artist. Felicio carefully analyzed my hair and the shape of my face and helped me choose a style that suited me best. He cut and layered my hair perfectly and took the time to give me styling tips. His salon is also very chic and modern and equipped with state-of-the-art Freestylists (weightless hair dryers that suspend from the ceiling). I have already scheduled my next appointment with Felicio and will glady drive over an hour for such incredible service.
- Pros: Customers are treated with the utmost respect.

FELICIO FRANCO IS A MASTER HAIRCUTTER, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR SOME TIME NOW AND HE NEVER EVER GIVES ME A BAD HAIR DAY. HE KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO CUT ANYONE'S HAIR AND DOES IT EXTREMELY PERFECT.
WE ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE A HAIRDRESSER OF THIS CALIBER IN THIS AREA, I KNOW OF NOONE WHO CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO HIM. HE IS A MASTER OF HAIRCUTTING. THE SALON BACKS UP WHAT IT DOES AND NOONE IS JUST ANOTHER NUMBER, YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND THEIR AIM IS TO PLEASE AND THEY CERTAINLY DO.
TO HAVE THIS TALENTED MAN HERE AVAILABLE TO CUT OUR HAIR, WOW YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS. I HAVE VERY DIFFICULT HAIR TO WORK WITH AND NOONE BUT MR. FRANCO HAS EVER GIVEN ME A CUT I CAN WORK WITH AND STYLE TOO, HE IS INCREDIBLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MR. FRANCO AND YOU WONT NEED A HAIRCUT EVERY 4 WEEKS, HE IS AWESOME!!!!!!
