Yuck!. Saw the sign on the highway for "Symposium" Family Dining. Thought we'd give it a try. BIG mistake.

DH ordered the baked scallops. It consisted of ten scallops thrown into a baking dish of plain bread crumbs. There was no sauce. There was no butter. There was no cream. There was no liquid what so ever. Just scallops with heaping amounts of dried out bread crumbs.

I ordered the fried scallops. They looked good. Apparently, they were not dredged in any liquid before cooked. The coating just fell off of the scallops when you cut into them.

Do not waste your money at this establishment.
