REALY NICE RELAXING SALON. I LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING MY NAILS DONE EVERY TIME I GO . EVERY ONE AT THE PLOISHED LOOK HAS ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL WELCOME . THEIR PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, AND WITH THIS ECONOMY WE ALL NEED TO WATCH OUR BUDGETS . THE BEST PART IS YOU GET TO PICK WHEN YOU WANT THEM FILLED . NO PRESURE . SOME TIME I GO 3 WEEKS !!! (THEY ARE VERY ACCOMIDATING!!!) IF YOU NEED A QUICK APT. FOR WHAT EVER THEY FIT YOU IN . THE SALON IS VERY CLEAN AND HAS A NICE TOUCH OF CLASS!!! DEBBIE ALWAYS MAKES ME A FRESH CUP OF COFEE

SO IF YOU WANT TO PAMPER YOURSELF DROP IN YOU WON'T BE DISAPOINTED

I'm sorry I ever went there!!!. I wish they would stop calling my house and baggering me for appointments! I'm not going back, I hate my hair and they were shoving products down my throat, the place is cluttered and dirty looking and there expensive. I'm sorry I ever gave them my phone number, now they won"t leave me alone, worse than teller marketers. It's a miss use of the info I gave them!!! Leave me alone!!!!

It's herassment already! are you that desprete. I've been to plenty of salons and never had this problem, I felt that I could not relax there, they run it like a sweat shop. I thought the service was horrible and I felt like a number not a client and my stylist was pretty late getting to me. But still all the constant phone calls are the worst, PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!

Sorry to Say, But Stay Away!. This place is the opposite of a spa. It's cluttered, crowded appearance accurately reflects the quality of service I received.

Facial room was anything but professional and the woman doing it was puttering around the room, just like a previous reviewer pointed out.

Hair & nails were sub-par at best.

Never again.

Don't believe the hype, it's pretty dated & dingy.

Give it a try, you won't be disapointed. I have been a loyal customer of The Polished Look for over a year. Each employee has been courteous, professional and friendly. Their services, from hair, facials, massages and nails are done with complete competence and attentiveness. As for the comments from beautifulgirl2006, I am not sure if she is speaking about the same Polished Look that I visit.?? Debbie is one of the most valued employees whom others count on for ?getting the job done?. I personally have been serviced by Debbie the entire time I have been with the Polished Look and have nothing but great things to say about her. Although I have not been serviced by the Owner, Brenda, she always acknowledges me by name with a quick hello. For those of you that haven?t experienced the Polished Look, pamper yourselves and try it out, you won?t be disappointed.

IRONICALLY I CAME OUT LOOKING WORSE THAN WHEN I WENT IN!!. This salon was one of the worst I have visited in my life. Not to mention the cluttered messes everywhere and the overpriced menu. The services I recieved resulted in a more than unhappy result. The woman who did my facial (named Debbie) did not know thing one about skin care. She just puttered around the room like she didn't know what to do next. I have had facials before and that was by far the WORST! Also the room was so small and hot! Apparently they did not think to put the AC on that day even though it was 85+ degrees. I also had my nails done by the owner. She was a strange one, but her personality didnt bother me as much as the HACK job she did on my nails! I would NOT go back there or suggest anyoneone else go for that matter! A WORD TO THE WISE--STEER CLEAR OF THE POLISHED LOOK!

Great Salon. I recently started going to Polished Look and love it! The staff is wonderful, very attentive and make you feel more than welcome. The salon is very clean (something I definately look for) and the girls listen to what you say. I will continue going here for as long as I can...I'm glad I finally found a place I'm comfortable going to......

I'd go back here.. All the ladies were very nice, the owner shook my hand, introduced herself and welcomed me. i loved how my hair came out, and i even bought a couple gift cards for my mother and my boyfriends mother for some massages.

wasn't all that. customer service was not good. Was not treated like they wanted my business. Owner was on the phone throughout my service and the end result was poor workmanship. would not recommend this place. I feel bad for the bride who came in after me!
