A true local company. I purchased a Hydro Pools hot tub/spa from Aaron Pools in 2003, almost 10 years running strong , no issues what so ever. I can assure you that it was well worth the investment for my family. I use Aaron Pools for all my supplies for both the hot tub and our above ground pool . Other "box stores" will sell you inferior products Aaron Pools will sell you quality products that dont break down before you get to use them. The owner Paul is always available to speak with me and offer advise for water quality and maintenance . I would highly recomend this company and hope you support a locally owned and operated bussiness.…

Positive Addendum. This is an update to my last review. The owner called me to apologize for the poor communication and unhappiness with our service. He immediately addressed the issue with his staff and implemented a plan to avoid further problems. He refused to bill me and even refunded me a substantial amount of money.

Although we had an unfortunate experience, I am extremely impressed with the owner's efforts to acknowledge the problem and rectify it. There are very few business owners these days who would go the extra mile to reverse a situation, let alone refund us.

I can say with confidence that this is an extremely well run organization with a caring and honest owner. In hindsight, I think I just spoke with someone who was having a bad day. So, I would highly recommend this company with the assurance that they will go above and beyond to resolve any issues.…

A very sad decline in service.. Although extremely expensive, my husband and I were very pleased with their service last year. It was like we were dealing with a different company this year! First of all, their labor charge is outrageous, $90 per hour. Comparably, most (and our new) companies charge $65 per hour. If the service had been exemplary, we would have incurred the extra expense. However, they worked on our pool for three weeks, charged us over $1100, and it still was not swimmable. Our new service man had it up and running after one service. He charged us $310 for 2 men working four hours, chemicals, and a new chlorinator. When questioned, Aaron pools informed me that "our pool was not the only one they worked on."

Expensive, terrible service, and extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!…
