Named for a mountain range in the Canadian Rockies, this restaurant's interior has the atmosphere of a rustic hunting lodge. Talking animal heads provide side-show entertainment, but the primary attraction is the steak: prime cuts of sirloin, T-Bone, ribeye and prime rib. Hungry patrons are satiated by large portions of spit-roasted chicken, grilled salmon and Canadian jambalaya. Dessert lovers indulge with the chocolate "moose" cake, decadent layers of white chocolate mousse.

The food was great, the service just as good. A nice restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. There is a fireplace in the bar. We arrived on a Saturday night around 5 or 5:30 and were seated promptly. When we left many people were waiting. But of course, the place is very large, and in a city, so I'm sure that they didn't wait long. I will definately go back and recommend it to anyone. But perhaps make a reservation on busy nights. ENJOY!
