Poor Customer Service. I was happy with Terminix for years. I live in a neighborhood that is very buggy and everyone has pest service. Terminix always came on a day during the week that I was home and sprayed the kitchen area and around the outside of the house.. Then I got a new service man and he started coming on a day that I couldn't be there to let him in so he would just spray around the outside of the house. Never the kitchen where I had the ant problem. When I called to complain and ask to switch the day I was told that I could call if I had a problem and they would make a special trip out. So now I was paying the same price for less service (just the exterior) and I had to be responsible for calling them. I told them not to bother coming back. They came anyway and now I have to pay for service that they gave against my wishes, after I had already cancelled their service. My advice - GO WITH SOMEONE MORE PROFESSIONAL.
