Small domestic pets like dogs and cats usually trigger alarms, but ADT's high-grade sensor will not detect them. Much reliable system.

I feel great!. Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great!

truly amazing. It is amazing how I use my iPhone and watch the video from outside of my home! It is truly amazing! And the quality of the video is HD as well! Wow!

Bad Testimonial. I do not have this system but based on the testimonies I have read, you are just bad. Better pull your company off the rack!

won't let you down.
I had ADT Security Cameras installed yesterday and the installation was quick(I mean it didn't take 3 hours or more). Even if it was a little off my budget, I trust that this system won't let me down.

BOO. The salesman was a total fraud. At least 5 things he "promised" during the sales call turned out to be lies. Some of these issues were key to the functioning of the alarm and the effectivness of ultimate purpose, securing the house and more importantly, my family. The costs were mistated, the system didnt work as promised and we still have not used the alarm since the motion detectors will set off the system because of the dogs (which salesman said was not a worry). All "post signing the contract" phone calls to the salesman to fix or clarify things were not returned, in fact, not one phone call even though several messages were left that said this is very important, please call back,,,, nothing. Dont use ADT ! (and beware, unfortunantly, Broadview might not be that much different since ADT took them over).

ADT has been a good experience. We have had ADT since June 2006 and have had a very good experience with it all around
