I was so happy to be able to choose an appointment online any time of the day the Providence,RI area. The plumber Anne was so nice, friendly and trustworthy. She fixed the problem and was done the appointment leaving me the rest of the day to myself. Thank You!

At the advice of our plumber, I called Roto-Rooter for a particularly difficult clogged kitchen drain. Scheduling online was a breeze and even had an online coupon available. Our technician, John, was on time and went above and beyond to take care of our problem. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers. Jay Gallogy was a great guy/plumber. He was very professional, polite, informative and was able to fit my drain problem. He preformed diagnotic testing utilizing a camera....please amazing to see the insides of your pipes :). Thanks Jay.....he is based in Providence RI

A job well done!. This morning I had to call Roto Rooter to clear out our washing machine drains(that were backing up)and kitchen sinks drains ( all backing up leading into 1 larger drain!) The technician Apolo, quickly arrived, went straight to the task, answered all my questions, and was very informative. I would definitely use them again. Happy customer!

good service. Very good experience. Service man, Chris was very knowledgable and informative. Drains were fixed quickly and he was on his way. Pricing was less than when the service was done 5 yrs ago by another company. Very hapoy with our results.

Flush your troubles down the drain....
Upon discovering my basement sink had overflowed sewerage into my laundry room, I called Roto-Rooter, Providence at the recommendation of a friend who had previous experience with the company at a large, institutional emergency. Not only did Jim H. the plumber arrive within the hour, he turned a stressful, disgusting situation into one of humor and relief. Jim had the experience and all the equipment needed to access my sewer main. He was able to videoscope the pipes to quickly identify exactly what and where the problem was.
His video survey took the guesswork out of the solution needed to correct the clog and revealed another potential problem with the main corroding through the foundation. Jim cleared the clog, cleaned up, and was genuinely interested in helping me understand the problem -all within a couple of hours. Because of Jim H.'s competence and professionalism, I will recommend Roto-Rooter to all for their great value, service, and excellence. I plan to call on them to replace the main entering the house; I have 100% confidence i the company. Roto-Rooter flushed my troubles down the drain! Lol!

Drain clog at an inopportune time.
Had a Saturday emergecy drain clog, in the kitchen sink, four days before Thanksgiving. We were up to our ears cooking special soup and cranberry relish. Overnight guests expected, and we are doing the big dinner.
Called Roto-Rooter, they arrived on the early side of the window we were given, within 2 hours of my call. The service was thorough. Problem solved, got some advice about ongoing maintenance of my drains, and also got a quote for upgrade to the area of the problem (in this old house, which has lead, galvanized, copper and PVC drain pipes all in the same area below our kitchen and half bath). The technician was knowledgeable, neat and clean, and thorough.
