The were prompt and very nice to deal with. They left the house cleaner that when they come. I felt like they were a touch expensive but you get what you pay for and they did a great job.

Professional, effective, timely service. Whenever I have an urgent drain clearing problem, I contact Roto-Rooter. Plumber Anne Flores is professional and takes the time to explain the problem to me, what she's doing to fix it, and, most importantly, what I can do to prevent or solve the problem myself in the future.

Fast and Efficient Service. The service technicians arrived within a half hour, were personable, impressed me as very professional, worked through their lunch break to get our plumbing up and running ASAP, and left the work area clean. Great job Louie and Ed!

Top-Notch Experience. I've been on the market for a while for a new plumber and had little luck networking and looking through online ads. A friend recommended Roto-Rooter so I figured I would give them a try.

The plumber (Anne) was friendly, knowledgeable, and fully explained what needed to be done. She even went the extra mile - pointing out other upgrades that would benefit my house.

I have used another local company in the past to fix small things, but they never really wowed me like Roto-Rooter did. I am no expert and sometimes need this utility stuff explained slowly. Anne did just that which really made me want to give R-R my business.

I received a quote just yesterday, and the work was performed today. It was that easy.

If you are looking for a plumber, try Roto-Rooter. Adding personality to craftsmanship really stands out in this market.

Thanks Anne! I'll be calling you next time I have any plumbing projects.

Trouble in the drain. OK so this year started off with a mysterious and again we called Jim at Roto-Rooter. Quick response and a team appeared to fix the problem which was no easy task and included drilling through the foundation with new pipes to the septic. All this repair happened quickly and efficiently and professional. Problem solved and house back to normal thanks to Jim and his warriors!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services. I happened to be visiting my elderly Mother tonight and noticed water on the floor in the basement. It was coming from the bottom of the shower stall in the bathroom. Luckily a friend was with me suggested I call Roto-Rooter as it seemed to be a drainage problem. It was already 8:30pm and I worried that we may not get this problem fixed for my Mother until the next day. I put the call in and the pleasant lady said that a service technican will be over no later than 2 hours and would call 1/2 hour before. At 8:51pm the service tech called to tell us he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter, explained his findings in a very well spoken manner so that I and my hard of hearing Mother could understand the process. He took care of the problem and I was very pleased of the end result. The cost for this emergency service was fair and reasonable. I was very thankful that it was only blockage and nothing more serious. Honest people, excellent service. I will call them again in a heartbeat if another problem ever arises.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers December 13th 2011. As a local homeowner in Newport RI, we have our pick of plumbing services. But without a doubt Roto-Rooter was an absolute God send. When my family home was overrun with sewage backing up into our basement, my fears could not of been higher. But the professionalism and courtesy of the employee's of Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services was exceptional. In a time where most service companies cannot be bothered to care about the well being of their customers on a basic level, Roto-Rooter has shone. They're prompt service, professional attitude, and genuine appreciation for our problem was greatly appreciated. They're plumber was prompt, polite, and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. In the past, other companies have left us with a sense of woe about having to call in anyone in the plumbing industry. I and my family could not be more pleased with the way we were handled, and would not hesitate to call on Roto-Rooter again. Instead of feeling like just another customer, we were treated more like family. It is a level of courtesy lost on most modern companies, but it is well and alive with Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain services. They're same day service was outstanding as well. They've ensured our Merry Christmas.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/13/11. Joe the Project Manager made sure everything worked like clockwork. John the plumber from Warwick and the excavating crew changed the sewer pipes in the time that was discussed. Very pleasant; had many questions for such a big job. All my fears were gone knowing that I can call and get the prompt attention and great customer service.

Technician was very professional, friendly and helpful in understanding how to prevent future problems. He resolved the blockage promptly and we were able up and going within 2 hours.
