When my family home was overrun with sewage backing up into our basement, my fears could not of been higher. But the professionalism and courtesy of the employee's of Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services was exceptional. In a time where most service companies cannot be bothered to care about the well being of their customers on a basic level, Roto-Rooter has shone. They're prompt service, professional attitude, and genuine appreciation for our problem was greatly appreciated. They're plumber was prompt, polite, and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. In the past, other companies have left us with a sense of woe about having to call in anyone in the plumbing industry. I and my family could not be more pleased with the way we were handled, and would not hesitate to call on Roto-Rooter again. Instead of feeling like just another customer, we were treated more like family. It is a level of courtesy lost on most modern companies, but it is well and alive with Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain services. They're same day service was outstanding as well.
