OF COURSE it was SPECTACULAR!. Felicio Franco is one of the most talented hair designers that has ever styled/sculpted my hair. He is a true talent and worth every cent! He also has a studio in New Bedford, MA called 'Felicio Franco Stylist' worth visiting.
