I wish we could give LESS than one starâ?¦. I wish we could give LESS than one star, I was on the phone and the call dropped- this guy called back and started SWEARING at me and then proceeded to call back SEVERAL more times (we have the call records) to harass and threaten us. Including telling my wife she "sounded like a b*tch" all because of a dropped call. Instead of just accepting the error. If this is how he is on the phone I doubt this uneducated man can do his job. We didn't hire him. Do you really want someone to help you who is going to swear at and threaten you? My wife didn't feel safe meeting him. No company should make a woman feel unsafe. His competency has definitely been called into question.
