Could stand to be more respectful to their clientele. Went for a pedicure a few year back and was really excited all the way to the chair -- beautiful decor and the pedis are done in a separate room upstairs with only two chairs so I assumed it was going to be super relaxing.

It wasn't. Now, I have nothing against the really old man and his daughter who came in for his monthly toenail trimming and leg massage, but honestly when I think about this I am STILL surprised that Tiffany's would have booked this repeat customer with someone else there for a relaxing experience -- it was totally gross to witness and they all talked about dead skin and foot fungi during my entire 45 minutes pedicure. Like I said, I have nothing against the old guy -- it was just so, so disrespectful to subject another client paying full price to that. I don't even remember if the pedi came out well.

On top of it, they pushed products really hard afterward.

Excellent Facial. I got a gift certificate to this salon and was a little leery because I am not an Aveda user. This was actually the best facial I have ever gotten. It was so relaxing; while I had a mask on she massaged my feet and put feet warmers on. She gave my choice of scents with the essential oils. The entire experience was terrific.

Revamping of stylists & attitudes ASAP. Unfortunately, this salon is too caught up with those with money and those without. I have been to this salon many times. The skills of stylists has slipped with all but one, that being Tiffany. The salon either needs to downsize to only accomodate Tiffany's clients OR take instant measures to improve the stylist on hand. It's one thing to be greeted with respect and another to ooz in snobbery. I hope this salon can work its way back to where it belongs before it is too late.

Worst haircut I have ever had in my life, so far!. Years ago, I had Tiffany cut my hair and she did an excellent job. I decided to go back to this salon with the idea that I could get an appointment with Tiffany again but that was not the case. I was told, " Tiffany is booked until 2009." So, I booked an appointment with another stylist, thinking that I would get a great haircut because of the salon's reputation. I was wrong. One side has more layers than the other, so if I style it straight, this mistake is very obvious and if I style it wavy, the style dosen't look symmetrical. My hair is thick and wavy so it is hard to mess up a haircut on my hair. I don't know what the stylist did to my hair. I used to be able to use my diffuser and be done but now, with this haircut, I can't make it look good at all. I am VERY dissatisfied. The only thing that I can do is let it grow out and then try another salon.

Only one thing. The only thing this salon cares about is money. They dont even look at you as a person. Theres only one good hair stylist there, and thats Tiffany and shes always so booked, so even if you wanted a good hair cut you cant get one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic. My experience couldnt have been any better. when i came in i was warmly greeted and immedietly felt welcomed. my nail girl holly. not only gave me the best manicure i have had in a while, but she was also sweet enough to give my 6yr old daughter a free polish change. i highly recommend it!!!
