Made my wife happy!. Emily did a great job with my new haircut. My wife was ecstatic when she came home to see my long gray curly hair gone. A happy wife makes a happy life! I'll be back!

Worst haircut ever. I got the worst haircut I've ever had this past week at Kenneth Cote. I told the woman who was cutting my hair that it didn't look like she was doing what I wanted but she said it would look like I wanted. It didn't. Now I'm stuck waiting weeks for my hair to grow out.…
NOT HAPPY!!! :(. I AGREE!!! I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL TO BE THERE THE WATER RUNS OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICE. LOL!! AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES A RENEWAL CENTER. THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT. I HEARD IT HAPPENS ALOT.
Not happy. I had my hair highlighted and cut. Was unhappy with both for a number of reasons. Was offered to come back in and have the hair corrected. I went in a second time and was still unhappy with the results. My hair does not look like I had it colored and cut at a professional high-end salon. I am going to another salon to get the hair corrected. Kenneth Cote salon will not refund my money. They stated that they do not do cash refunds.…
