Popular doesn't always mean good service.

Being a 21-year-old Boston Native I speak for many when I say that Dunkin Donuts is fast quick and always hits the spot early morning for food and coffee. Based on that simple principle this particular Dunkin Donuts brings forth next to none of the core values the chain thrives to attain except for food quality and consistency. The small claustrophobic hut like room that the business runs out feeds on 4-70 year olds who are willing to ignore and deal with extremely poor service not to mention lines and no seating, just to satisfy that early morning craving. I make a run to this particular Dunkin Donuts for only if I want a convienient breakfast that I don't have to cook and for hangover treatment. Expect to repeat your order twice maybe even three times before the agitated, overworked employee behind the counter throws your food onto your lap.
