Shop here at your peril. I spent $400.00 on shoes and orthotics. I asked Missy to make a simple cushioning adjustment. Not only did she refuse to do so, but she refused to answer my calls to further discuss the matter.

Bill Peterson, who actually makes the orthotics, is the best in the business. Unfortunately, he is no longer on the East coast and customers have to deal with Missy. She may be an adequate technician, but she doesn't understand the value of satisfied customers and has lost me and my running/triathlon friends as potential customers.

I am sorry Bill has her as his representitive on this coast.
