Good change of pace
by macandmac
Will this ever be one of our favorite restaurants, no, but it was enjoyable. The restaurant is bright and open. Our app. was the Asian Wontons with Sesame Dipping Sauce, it was avg...my wife and I split the BARBECUED TEXAS CHICKEN and the Kobe Burger. The Chicken sandwich was great the burger was ok. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but not our favorite. We would like to try the other side of the restaurant called the place
- Pros: not crowded, chicken sandwich
Its not so yesterday..
by petes99
A block off the main 'strip', Yesterday's is almost easy to miss. From the outside, it looks like a standard ale house, but a closer look reveals much more.
Great beer selection, huge wine selection, and a very nice authentic atmosphere will make anyone feel welcome. Dining is a treat, as well; whatever you do, make sure you get some jalapeno fries.
Its a large, bustling restaurant, but still easy to carry on a normal conversation - if your mouth is not full that is. Service is very prompt and courteous, definitely a place to visit time and time again.
- Pros: beer taps, menu, size
Yesterdays is hit
by Tom_In_Newport
Find great food at Yesterdays. Many local restaurants hit rock bottom after tourist season is over. Not here. Locals and tourist alike enjoy this place year round. Friendly, helpful waitstaff and bartenders. Ive never felt rushed while dining. Great desserts and specials also.
