Best Italian restaurant on the island. Puerini's is by far the best Italian restaurant on the Island, for some strange reason the Italian rest. next door to them keeps winning best Italian rest. You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta choices, by our favorite is the meat lasagna. The staff is warm and welcoming. On the weekends it can be very busy.

My Favorite!. I have been a regular patron of Puerini's for many years. I can honestly say, I have NEVER had a bad meal and, with one exception (minor), I have always had great service. In addition, I was very impressed on two occasions when there was a slight problem (slip got caught in chute delaying meal by a few minutes; leftovers accidently thrown away), the owner, Dan Puerini, took care of everything (brought out appetizer on the house to tide us over; took entire meal off the bill) without us asking. He knows how to run an inviting restaurant. I recommend Puerini's to everyone on a regular basis. Also, nice wine selection.
